Caparzo Toscana Sangiovese 750 ML
Stefano Casadei farms sustainably in a shallow valley about 60km north of Cagliari in south-central Sardegna. He employs low yields and hand harvesting at full phenolic maturity. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel using selected yeasts. The wine is aged for several months in used 500l. barrels and up to a year in steel and bottle.
